The ACMPB charger is designed for charging rechargeable Li-ion batteries being used in PDAs, video camcorders and digital cameras. It is suitable for different battery models. The only thing that you have to do is to change the interchangeable charger plate located on the top of the charger.
(A) Change the Interchangeable Charger Plate
Part I: Release the Interchangeable Charger Plate
Step 1:
Press and hold the lock button to release the interchangeable charger plate.
Step 2:
Pull the released interchangeable charger plate out of the slot.
Step 3:
Take the interchangeable charger plate out.
Part II: Install the New Interchangeable Charger Plate
Step 1:
Attach the selected interchangeable charger plate onto the charger base from the top into the slots.
Step 2:
Push the interchangeable charger plate fully in the direction as shown in the above diagram.
Step 3:
The interchangeable charger plate is fully inserted into the charger base only when you hear the sound “click”.
(B) Charging Method
1. Choose the correct input plug that is suitable for the country that you are living in or traveling.
2. Attach the selected interchangeable input plug to the bottom of charger base as shown in the above diagram. Make sure that the interchangeable AC input plug is fully inserted into the charger base.
3. Plug the charger in a wall outlet and start to charge your battery.
(C) Check the Charging Status
The LED indicator will show the charging status.
Here are the steps for using the charger
Choose the correct input plug and install to the bottom of charger base.
Plug the AC power adapter into an AC wall outlet.
The LED indicator on the side of the charger base will start flashing GREEN when the charger is ready.
When the battery pack is placed onto the charger plate, the LED indicator will turn steady RED when the battery is being charging.
The LED indicator will flash RED and GREEN alternatively when battery pack has been charged up to 90% full.
When the battery pack 100% fully charged, the LED indicator will turn steady GREEN.
After the battery pack is fully charged, you can now unplug charger from AC power outlet and remove the battery pack from the charger and the battery is now ready for use.
